COINPAYMENTS accepts official requests from law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units (FIUs), courts, prosecutors, regulatory and supervisory authorities, tax authorities, and other competent governmental authorities acting within the scope of their legal powers.
COINPAYMENTS operates through multiple legal entities, operating brands, and affiliated group companies. Requests submitted through this page will be directed to the appropriate entity where necessary.
Each request is reviewed individually. COINPAYMENTS will cooperate with competent governmental authorities where disclosure of information or other action is authorised or required under applicable law.
Official requests may be submitted using the webform or by email to [email protected].
Requests and supporting documentation should be submitted in English or, where applicable, in an official language of a jurisdiction in which COINPAYMENTS operates. COINPAYMENTS reserves the right to request an English translation where necessary for processing of the request.
The webform and email are dedicated to official requests. For all other enquiries, including customer support, complaints, commercial matters, partnership requests, and general legal correspondence, please use the appropriate COINPAYMENTS contact channels.
To facilitate the timely review and processing of your request, please ensure that your submission contains sufficient information to enable COINPAYMENTS to verify the requesting authority, identify the relevant customer or transaction, and assess the applicable legal basis.
Incomplete requests or requests that cannot be independently verified may result in delays while additional information or documentation is obtained.
Requests should also be sufficiently specific and limited to the information or action sought. Where a request is overly broad, lacks sufficient specificity, or does not contain adequate identifying information, COINPAYMENTS may request clarification or that the request be narrowed before it can be processed, which may result in delays.

COINPAYMENTS may request additional information where necessary to process a request. Submission of a request does not guarantee that information will be disclosed or that the requested action will be taken.
Please note that the review and processing of requests is subject to the completeness and accuracy of the information and documentation provided, and the adequacy of the legal basis supporting the request.
