Alex is a founder-led technology and payments entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building, investing in, and scaling businesses across fintech, cryptocurrency, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. He founded COINPAYMENTS in 2013, one of the world's earliest and largest multi-asset cryptocurrency payment processors, enabling businesses globally to accept and manage digital assets at scale, and served as Chairman through much of the company's growth. An early cryptocurrency adopter since 2011, he came to the sector from Forex algorithmic trading, where he designed and deployed automated MT4 strategies, and his expertise lies in identifying emerging technologies early, translating them into commercially viable platforms, and building the operating, technical, and compliance foundations required to scale globally.

Alongside his work in payments, Alex is an active investor and advisor in cybersecurity. As Group CEO he sets COINPAYMENTS' long-term vision, with a focus on AI, digital payments, fintech, and advancing global adoption of decentralised financial technologies. He is also a public speaker on digital assets. His work reflects a consistent focus on long-term value creation through technology, disciplined execution, and the application of decentralised systems to real economic use cases.

Simon brings 15+ years across financial services, regulatory compliance, and capital strategy, including senior roles at NatWest Markets, Rokos Capital Management, and Maven Securities. Simon leads financial governance and regulatory engagement across all operating jurisdictions.

Nigel brings over 25 years of sales and commercial experience across asset management, technology, and risk management. Most recently KPMG's Markets Lead for Wealth and Asset Management, and previously European Head of Asset Management Sales at SEI. Nigel leads COINPAYMENTS integrated commercial strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Stacy has 25 years experience across three industries, most recently with State Street Bank and Trust where she led operational and technological transformation across various segments of the bank. Prior to this, Stacy spent more than a decade in litigation and government enforcement, having served as a Federal prosecutor specializing in cybercrime, digital fraud and complex investigations. Stacy is leading COINPAYMENTS growth in the Americas, bringing financial services, technology, and regulatory compliance together.

Mantas brings extensive experience across the payments, fintech, and digital asset industries, including developing and strengthening compliance programmes, supporting regulatory initiatives, and contributing to governance frameworks at international financial services organisations. He holds several internationally recognised professional certifications in compliance and blockchain technology. At COINPAYMENTS, he leads the company's compliance function and regulatory initiatives.

Andrii brings a decade of leadership experience across digital transformation, financial technology, digital assets, and large-scale organizational development. Having held senior executive roles leading strategic initiatives and national-level digital platforms, he specializes in turning complex strategy into actionable operational growth. Andrii oversees strategic execution for COINPAYMENTS, aligning organizational priorities, managing business performance, and guiding executive decision-making.
